Jeff Mullen

Jeff Mullen serves as Chief Executive Officer of Mullen Hospitality Management and Mullen Real Estate Capital, where he leads hospitality management, third-party resort operations, and real estate investment strategy across luxury and upper-upscale assets. With more than 35 years of experience in the global travel and hospitality industry, he is recognized for building and scaling vertically integrated hospitality platforms spanning tour operations, aviation, destination management, and branded resort management.

During his tenure with Apple Leisure Group, he rose to Chief Operating Officer, overseeing global operations, supplier engagement, product development, finance, business transformation, and international call center operations. He played a key role in expanding the organization into the largest vertically integrated leisure travel company in the United States, serving more than three million vacationers annually. The platform included multiple tour operators, a commercial airline, destination management services (Amstar DMC), and AMResorts, a leading all-inclusive resort management company.

He was instrumental in strategic partnerships with private equity firms Bain Capital and KKR/KSL, supporting acquisitions, capital growth, and operational expansion through 2020. Today, he focuses on hospitality investment, resort development, and performance-driven asset management across high-growth leisure markets.

A graduate of Villanova University’s College of Commerce & Finance, Jeff also serves as Finance Committee Chair on the Board of Trustees for Neumann University and is co-founder of the children’s charity Little Smiles.org.
