Kimberly Cover serves as Director of Sales & Marketing at Mullen Hospitality Management, bringing more than 20 years of experience in hospitality sales leadership, revenue strategy, and client relationship management. She specializes in driving business development, group sales performance, and meeting and events revenue across luxury and full-service hotel environments.
Kim has held senior sales and marketing roles within both managed and franchise hospitality platforms, working with globally recognized brands including Marriott, Hilton, Holiday Inn, and SuperClubs, as well as independent hotel properties. A seasoned Task Force leader, she is known for strengthening sales operations, optimizing catering and food and beverage revenue, and enhancing overall commercial performance.
Her expertise spans sales strategy, hospitality marketing, customer engagement, and revenue growth initiatives designed to elevate brand positioning and maximize asset performance.
