Brian Berger

Brian Berger oversees accounting, tax strategy, and financial reporting for Mullen Hospitality Management, supporting the company’s hospitality management platform and real estate investment initiatives. He brings extensive financial leadership experience across private equity, real estate investment, and capital markets, with a strong foundation in institutional reporting and portfolio oversight.

Prior to joining MHM, Brian worked alongside the Chief Financial Officer of the Arden Group, focusing on financial management and reporting for the firm’s flagship equity funds. He also managed a $300 million portfolio within Bluerock’s publicly traded REIT, where he oversaw financial analysis, compliance, and performance reporting. Brian began his career at PwC in the Banking and Capital Markets practice, developing deep expertise in accounting standards, regulatory frameworks, and financial controls.

His experience strengthens MHM’s disciplined financial strategy, ensuring transparency, compliance, and performance-driven asset management across hospitality investments.

Brian holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Michigan State University and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
